We’re celebrating the return of broadcast TV, as well as highly-anticipated streaming shows like Bridgerton season 3 coming back in the new year.
It’s definitely fun to be a television fan, but the not so fun part is having to wait for our favorite shows to come back. This time there’s been an extra long wait for many of them due to the writers and actors strikes that happened in the summer of 2023. But now that they’re resolved, things are back on track!
We’re being rewarded for our patients, and have SO many shows returning in 2024. I’m sure there’s even more to come that haven’t been announced just yet. Some of the ones I’m really looking forward to are Grey’s Anatomy season 20, Yellowstone season 5 part 2, the NCIS, Law & Order, and One Chicago franchises, the final season of Young Sheldon, Bridgerton season 3,Outlander season 7 part 2 (airing/streaming sometime in 2024), House of the Dragon season 2, and The Boys season 4. And that’s just to name a few!
Since there’s a lot to keep track of, we’ve rounded up a list of shows on TV and streaming that have been confirmed to come back in 2024, and when they’re returning. Some don’t have exact release dates yet, but have at least been confirmed for the new year. Though be sure to bookmark this page as we’ll be updating it with more returning shows once we get confirmation they’re coming back in 2024, as well as any updated release dates.
Plus, there’s a bunch of shows that are TBD right now that aren’t on our list. But we’ll be sure to update it with those once we have more information.
