Todd Chrisley may be looking to move prisons after he’s allegedly faced retaliation for speaking out about his current living conditions as officials “cannot guarantee his safety,” according to his daughter Savannah.

Appearing on Chris Cuomo’s NewsNation show, the 26-year-old said the blowback her father has been receiving has been “heartbreaking” for her to watch unfold.

“The retaliation is real,” she said. “It is heartbreaking for me to watch as his daughter, but they have even gone to the extent of stating that they will try to ship him to a state facility because our federal institutions cannot guarantee his safety.”

The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum claimed she’s heard directly from the Pensacola Federal Prison Camp workers, which she insists “should scare the warden and the [Bureau of Prisons].”

“The BoP has called me a liar numerous times, but I have all the information to back it up,” she went on.

“And these letters, I mean, I even have recordings of them speaking about shipping my father … but they have to have a good reason to. They have to find something he’s in violation of.”

The “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley” podcast host has been an ardent voice in speaking out about the horrible living conditions at the Kentucky and Florida prisons where her parents are being held following their convictions for fraud and tax evasion.

Savannah previously alleged that the prisoners are not given proper medical care and are sometimes given the wrong medication.

She also claimed that there is no air conditioning in the prisons even when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

She told Cuomo Thursday that the facility has gone to “the extent of planting cell phones, drugs, going through his lockers” in a desperate bid to “send him to a facility and truly behind bars.”

She also said that Todd’s wife, Julie Chrisley, has been living in terrible conditions, too.

“The conditions are awful. They’re deplorable,” she said of her mother’s prison stint.

“The fact that she’s in Kentucky, it’s 30 degrees. She’s going without heat. They will do a temporary fix and then they’ll be without it again. There was also a dead bird in the water where their water comes from. So, it’s tough.”

Todd, 54, and Julie, 51, reported to their respective prisons in January 2023, two months after they were sentenced for fraud and tax evasion.

The patriarch of the Chrisley family was sentenced to 12 years in prison, while his wife was ordered to serve seven years behind bars.
